Thanks --------------------------- Focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, chronic aches and pains, contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, lower back pain, leg muscle tightness, tight and unaligned hips, and sore shoulders. In my Deep Tissue Massages I like to incorporate some sports techniques along with my knowledge of yoga stretches. I design the massage around the clients expectations and give stretching advice for self care at home or work. One of my favourite treatments.
