Thanks --------------------------- Deep Tissue Massage can release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow deep strokes on any contacted areas and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. In my Deep Tissue Massages I like to incorporate some sports techniques along with my knowledge of yoga stretches. I design the massage around the clients expectations and give stretching advice for self care at home or work. One of my favourite treatments.
