Enjoy a 90 hours massage and yoga session that will leave you feeling like you are floating on cloud nine. You can choose from a relaxing or deep tissue massage with aromatherapy oils that benefits your needs. The yin yoga will last up to 30 minutes after your massage. Mat, blocks and bands are included. Just bring comfortable clothes. 1-1 yoga session will allow you to focus more on yourself and your breathing. You can talk and ask any questions if you feel uncomfortable in a certain pose. The poses will focus on the muscle groups that feel tight. This would be great for a post or after a gym session if you need help with and guidance with stretches. Or someone who is sitting at a desk all day.
