Service Description
During a 120 minute treatment, we’ll have enough time for a full body treatment, plus some deeper work on priority areas. A typical 120 minute treatment might include: upper body massage, deeper shoulder massage, shoulder stretches and mobilisations, lower body massage, some full body stretches, twists and gentle back bends, abdomen massage, some leg stretches and hip openers, finishing with a relaxing neck, head and face massage. (However, no two treatments will be the same, and will always vary depending on what the client needs.) ------------- Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is comprised of deep tissue massage and passive yoga stretches. The treatment uses massage oil first, to aid the gliding massage strokes, and calamus powder on top, creating slight friction, enabling deeper pressure with each massage stroke. Having massaged each part of the body, Helena will move you into gentle assisted stretches. Clients leave feeling deeply relaxed, realigned and reconnected with their bodies. AYM is suitable for all bodies, and each treatment can be adjusted to suit the clients needs. Treatments can be very effective at treating headaches, gut and digestive issues, tight hips, muscle pain, posture, back ache, jaw tension and much more.

When booking online, you are completing the full fee for the service, not a deposit, apologies for any confusion. After booking, the therapist may contact you to confirm if additional payments (a deposit or full balance) are needed before your appointment. This fee is applied to your booking.
