Your treatment begins with a slow, flowing full back massage to release tightness through the body, with special focus on the neck, shoulders, and suboccipital area at the base of the skull. This helps ease headaches, migraines, and neck tension, allowing the nervous system to soften. You are then gently turned onto your back as the treatment flows into the scalp, temples, face, and ears, finishing with delicate facial acupressure to calm the mind and restore balance. Using warm nourishing organic aromatherapy oils throughout, this experience leaves you feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply relaxed.
