Reflexology for Pregnancy is a specialised treatment designed to support women at every stage of their pregnancy. This nurturing therapy involves targeted pressure applied to specific reflex points on the feet, promoting relaxation, alleviating tension, reducing swelling, enhancing sleep quality and promoting deep relaxation for both mother and baby. From 38 weeks, labour reflexology serves as a natural method to prepare the body for birth, encouraging contractions and facilitating a smoother labour experience, with research indicating that regular reflexology sessions throughout pregnancy can lead to shorter, more comfortable labours.

When booking online, you are completing the full fee for the service, not a deposit, apologies for any confusion. After booking, the therapist may contact you to confirm if additional payments (a deposit or full balance) are needed before your appointment. This fee is applied to your booking.
