When booking online, you are completing the full fee for the service, not a deposit, apologies for any confusion. After booking, the therapist may contact you to confirm if additional payments (a deposit or full balance) are needed before your appointment. This fee is applied to your booking. Please respect each therapist’s payment process as it secures your booking. Consultations can be rescheduled free 24 hours prior. Deposits are non-refundable and handled individually by NU U Therapy and therapists.
