Who am I?
Hi, I’m Charlotte, an EFT practitioner passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and feel more at ease in their lives.
I offer a supportive space where you can slow down and explore what may be going on beneath the surface. Many of us learn to push our feelings aside, keep going and carry more than we should. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, burnout, feeling disconnected from ourselves, or even physical symptoms.
Through EFT, I support clients in gently calming the nervous system while exploring the emotional experiences and beliefs that may be keeping them stuck. My approach is compassionate, client-led and focused on helping you feel safe enough to explore what’s really there.
My intention for our work together:
My intention is to help you feel safer within yourself.
When the nervous system begins to settle, it becomes much easier to process emotions and understand what you’re experiencing. EFT helps your mind and body process what may have been held for years.
Together we create a space where you can explore what’s coming up for you at your own pace, allowing real and lasting change to happen naturally.
How EFT works:
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called “tapping,” is a gentle mind-body approach that helps calm the nervous system while you explore the emotions and beliefs that may be holding you back.
During a session, we lightly tap on specific points on your face and upper body while noticing thoughts, feelings or memories that come up. This process helps your body and mind feel safer, making it easier to release emotional blocks and shift old patterns.
EFT is simple, non-invasive, and tailored to your pace. Many people notice more calm, clarity, and confidence after just a few sessions.
Who is it for?
People often come to sessions when they are experiencing anxiety, navigating life transitions, struggling with self-doubt or noticing repeating emotional patterns they can’t seem to shift.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Often the work simply begins with the feeling that something isn’t quite right.
How I can help you:
In our sessions I provide a supportive and grounded space where you can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Through EFT we work gently with the emotional experiences, memories or beliefs that may be influencing how you feel today. Many clients begin to notice shifts not only in how they feel, but also in how they respond to situations in their everyday life.
Clients often describe leaving sessions feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to themselves.
