Who I Am
I’m Maryline, a prenatal yoga instructor with over 18 years of experience nurturing expecting mums. I lead weekly Pregnancy Yoga classes in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
My Approach
My classes blend strengthening, stretching, and birth preparation, all in the welcoming, peaceful environment of the Manchester Buddhist Centre.
What I Offer
You can join from 14 weeks pregnant right up until your due date. Whether you’re on mat leave, working from home, or have flexible hours, my Thursday daytime classes offer a chance to practice, relax, and connect with other mums while keeping your evenings free.
