My Journey
I’m Rita, a registered Shiatsu Practitioner (MrSS). My journey with Shiatsu began with a deep desire to follow a healing path that fosters connection, balance, and mind-body awareness. This philosophy continues to guide both my personal growth and my professional practice.

My Goal
I offer a compassionate, intuitive, and personalised approach in every session. My aim is to create a safe and peaceful space where your body and mind can deeply relax, reconnect, and naturally return to balance.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, inviting healing through presence, stillness, and mindful touch.

How Shiatsu Works?
During your treatment, I invite you to fully relax and let go of tension. Through mindful pressure with my hands and body weight, I work along the body to release blockages and support your nervous system. You’ll lie comfortably on a futon as I guide you through muscle stretches, palming, and joint rotations that promote grounding and deep relaxation.
